NRG was disciplined
NRG didn't even clear corners in so many rounds against BLG. Which is unbelievable considering the experience.

One of the key metrics to tell whether or not a team is discipline is their first blood round conversion rate
They were +16 against BLG the first game AND STILL LOST
Fundamentals were NRG’s biggest problem this tournament
might be your first time watching prx but they make every team look like that

When I was watching previous PRX games this tournament, their macro was good and they rarely through advantageous situations
This game was all about heroics
Neither team did anything that good fundamentally/tactically
teams being when pushed to their limit look worse and play worse.
even 100t looked clean against early season eg.
even the lock in finals degraded to dumb 5 man rushes and aim brawls at map 5
This type of stuff makes the gameplay so much more refreshing and fast compared to the Fnatic style which was slower and boring to watch. I don't think it makes it necessarily bad.

Because I agree it was entertaining but the quality of the game was a step down what both teams have shown so far in this tournament

The pace is fine, it was just a fundamentally bad game of VALORANT

If PRX plays properly next map, I'm gonna believe that PRX intentionally creates chaos on the opponent's map pick to make it a 50-50 coin flip. They did the same shit on Ascent against FUT.

Why are they here if they've played bad? Valorant allows for different playstyles. If playing "optimal" and "disciplined" is strictly better why are they in winners finals while FNC are in losers? It was a good map of valorant you geek

when both teams are equal, in any sport. The game will be scrappy - see psg-bayern CL final, argentina-france WC final and a couple more real madrid matches for example, even clasicos. I dont think you're noticing the little micro adjustments that both teams are doing and adapting. This looks scrappy but it is anything but when you look into the combos.
