you dont think i know? he was presented with a wide array of valid criticism about both the way he appears to view tier 2 and the dissapointing amount of support it recieves from Riot, and then literally says "you guys are just mad" and refuses to address anything.

he replied each and every time someone called him out, and they got to a point so stupid that they forced a new conversation out of a single word "guest".

he addressed the t2 issue in the first week of july, its people's fault that they are all only reading the second half of the same twitter thread screenshot. just like you.

I'm pretty sure he already addressed everything no? he said that he's planning on arranging the schedule for next year so that next year t2 would have something to do and would have shorter off season, that's basically the main complaint of most people regarding to t2

I mean it's not franchising, orgs didn't buy their slots and they can't sell them. It's also limited to 5 years, we don't know what'll happen after that.

Guard and M80 are likely better than the bottom 3 Americas
Bleed definitely clears large amounts of Pacific, not sure about Scarz

a lot of franchised teams will improve and deplete the t2 scene this offseason and improve heavily but even after that maybe 5-6 T2 teams can compete in T1 and actually be more than a few fluke wins

that is not many, 2-3 EMEA teams 2 NA teams 1 BR team 2 APAC teams is not a lot at all

people need to just have patience in the future id like to see riot just have a simple league system once these partnered teams expire, just straight leagues like there is in football with 3 relegations and promotions so nobody can cope

Wording is important; framing is important. Even if a sentence or a word isn't meant for ill intent, the context it is used within the overall argument will affect its meaning.

The "guest slot" complaints is basically that. Even if it's technically a correct term– the context, the situation, and where the sentence fits into the argument; it paints the tone of the entire story.

And that's the most damaging part. It framed his argument as if he saw the Ascension teams' effort is worth barely anything.

An argument with originally no ill intent turned upside down just because of a singular word that is used in the most inopportune moment.

man it should've been apeks, i'm not trying to take away anything thing from m8 they played an amazing series and event and they definitely deserve the slot but apeks played so good all season, 4 experienced players (and a prodigy in keiko) with a good org backing them would been nice to see them play in franchise cuz I have faith they'd probably be top 4 in emea.
