As far as I know, Sacy was already fluent in English and pANcada was like, okay at English (good enough for comms).
You can see that Sacy doesn't have much of an accent when he speaks English during Sentinels' videos, while pANcada does.
Nah bro sacy is still not fluent in english, he's just like some of the gambit players that can speak a little bit of english to comm in game. Redgar even admitted in their 2021 team vlog that he can't speak english at all but can understand it. He had to learn some english to get his feet wet in franchising

Both Bazzi and t3xture are insane players Bazzi has also attended 1 international event, they DID NOT know English but within this 1-2 months time span they have learned a lot and now comm alot than before
The geographical boundaries one too is not something of a problem unless you are Indian (getting any kind of visa for any country is difficult for Indians)
PRX is literally comming in english while 5 of their players speaks in 4different languages, language barriers can definitely be overcomed, and for geographical boundaries SEA are basically connected to each other, KR and CN can also scrim with SEA teams and they would get a decent ping. the only "isolated" region are probably India (still can play with SEA), Japan (still can play with KR) and OCE (can't play with anyone lmao)
they also only have 1 igl who is good at midrounds and he isnt even playing

prx is not superteam, they just good at scouting good talent.
prx is smol org, they can't make a superteam by sign expensive player.
