if you're talking about the general consensus, its probably shahzam. i personally dislike Derrek (not because of anything he does, just his fans are braindead)
they hype Derrek up as if he's a top 3 initiator in NA. he's not though, and he hasn't proven anything to do so. also he isn't treated as a LAN failure despite him being a LAN failure, which I think is unfair to players like trent.
im not saying he doesn't have the capability to perform on LAN. ofc he does, he just failed at his first LAN and didn't get any hate for it which is so two-faced of the valorant community

Honestly, Derrek has had some insane games -- his LCQ run was extremely good.
But in LAN, Derrek didn't show up at all, so yeah I agree with you here. lots of potential but nothing proved yet.
