i.. at this point he is just a hater.. Literally, u can see in social media pro players get along and interact positively with each other except with sentinels, well not tenz but you get my point.
How was that hating?? People were first the ones hating on TSM and thinking they didnt stand a chance because Envy had signed a tier 2 player. As a pro player shahzam has gone against yay before and he thinks that yay isnt that good especially at the time yay would frag but it wasnt necessarily against any good teams, and the reason he would frag a lot is because he was a good player on a bad team where he pretty much was allowed to get as many kills as he could muster every single round cause his team didnt do anything at all
I used to be a sentinel fan but the fan base that they had was so dumb that I settled for the next best thing then and now it's the present best thing optic YaY

its cause all the valorant clips community decided to share clips of subroza hyping yay up. and this site has by far the most tsm fans so they hyped yay up too through subrozas clips. and shaz is right, tsm's chances of winning against nv hasnt changed due to the signing of yay. and also yay is not as good as tenz.

People need to know the difference between Overrated and Overhyped... I mean even TenZ is overhyped by his fandom (me included) and others like he's the Jesus of Valo but that doesn't mean that he is overrated. Same goes for Yay....overhyped? maybe but overrated? I don't get what's wrong with this title. It's not too far from the truth really, because the hype that is described in the title is directly referencing how Yay's move to Envy would just guarantee their spot in Berlin (ppl on this forums + twitter have basically stated that). Overhype might be a very slight exaggeration, but Shahzam saying that Envy having Yay not being a guarantee win against TSM or Berlin is very fair and basically is saying that it is "overhype." Great move but the hype of them having a guaranteed path to Berlin is kinda "rubbish"?
The connotation of overhype given this context isn't to throw shade, its just a bit more realism.

TBH, most of the rounds optic win have been rounds with good set plays or marved /victor going of i have not seen yay be as clutch as he was in berlin , but that does not mean he is not great(he is top 5 at reykyavik imo) , but i will admit ppl underate his teamates hard especially FNS and victor
