Also, it was such common knowledge that FPX might not be allowed visas before the event. People saying that FPX were not already prepping for stand-ins are delusional. Teams at such level of competition have high responsibilities.

False. SEIDER had really bad Fracture and Breeze while those are usually the maps where Suygetsu shines. He couldn't do anything much at all. Add to that the comp changes on Breeze that likely happened because they don't have as much trust in SEIDER. ANGE1 looked so lost playing Fade when he usually play Yoru. Suygetsu would have made big difference.
They only applied for it 14/15 days ago. I'll never understand why esports teams dont apply for Visas way ahead of time. Even before qualification.
I know this is an old comment, but for many visas you need to already have booked your travel before you can even apply for the visa so you can prove when you're going and coming back. I assume this was also what happened here + there may be further complications, visa applications aren't always easy or fast
