every champion fell off in the next tournament, sentinels gambit acend optic all the same, and prx/fpx will be the next. kind of meaningless to argue about which region is stronger.

Gambit god f'ed cause of war. I think Gambit would've played the same if not better..... if not for the ongoing war.

TBF ppl forgot last master fnatic got 2 subs and also FPX was suppose to go instead of team liquid LOL . EMEA was pretty much fked
thats cause the game is rng, i stated this in a comment after sen won in reykjavik.. there wont be eras in this game as meta shifts through updates and lots of teams adapt different plus the game has some rng bs on it sometimes
there is not alot of rng in this game, and the little bit there is can all be understood by coaches and igls but the meta will change alot so there will be alot of powershifts between teams
yeah but some key rounds when this little rng happens may shift a match by itself, we've seen crazy OT's and close maps... i think MR15 would do good to this game in this level of competitive

Yeah very smart from optic to tactically lose here to avoid that curse for champions trust.
well gambit did get 1st in m3 and 2nd in champions, although they did fall off in 2022 so ur right i guess.
one thing is for sure, NA is consistently bad. every tournament only 1 good team
KEKW salty OPTIC FANS . Optic is still the most consistent, always make deep runs. This event though they definitely dropping off in individual performance. Seem like its mostly just Yay playing.
Gambit had issues because of the war.. Ascend had internal conflicts.. Sen was the only team that fell because of not adapting to the meta and stuff and I'm pretty they will fix alot and be back for the LCQ.. fpx has been consistent this whole year same like optic.. but fpx is a better team than optic now.. accept the facts and give credit where credit is due and not rant randomly like this.
W. dont give too much respect to optic tho. our best FPX wasnt there at m1.
The different agents and meta keeps the game fresh, I like that you cant have an "era" because of it.
its the part of this game, one team cannot be consistent in character based game, that lowers the skill ceiling

actually not cuz na is good, cuz fpx couldnt come cuz of travel issues, fnatic had 2 subs, team liquid doesnt matter cuz they werent even supposed to be there, and g2 was a fluke as seen by stage 2 results (lost to OGLU LMFAOOOO)
Gambit going from 1st in Berlin to 2nd in Champions is not “falling off”. Neither is OpTic going from 1st to 3rd. Acend is the only one that really fell off, cause I wouldn’t even say that Sentinels did that poorly in their second tournament. People need to stop expecting so much and accept that the skill gap between most teams isn’t so huge that it can’t be overcome in a few months
Because right now they can't even qualify. Also deffo is an actual gold player.
Gambit is consistent imo, they lose just because deffo played soo bad.
FPX is consistent this year
Paper Rex is consistent in APAC, and looking back Master 1 & Master 2 2022
