bipo originally joined Gentle Mates in November 2025, making his first foray into VCT EMEA after a strong year as a Duelist for MOUZ MOUZ Inactive in Challengers DACH. With the double-Duelist meta in full effect, he served as Gentle Mates' primary entry Duelist as they carved a path through EMEA Kickoff, placing second and earning qualification to Masters Santiago. There, they had a solid run and finished in the top eight.

Stage 1 proved more difficult for the Mates; after squeezing into playoffs with a 2-3 group stage record, they exited playoffs in the top six. bipo would soon shift to the Sentinel role for the team, swapping places with Patrik "Minny" Hušek; the team enjoyed a brief bounce back to a top eight finish at EWC but continued to struggle in Stage 2 with another 2-3 group stage. bipo was ultimately benched for Joona "H1ber" Parviainen before the play-ins, wherein Gentle Mates concluded their 2026 season.
