For some reason, "Lmao" and "Lol" sounds very sarcastic to me. When u find something truly funny, u use those or smth else? Also, when to use "haha" instead? I can't laugh in english without feeling weird about it.

I personally use the sob emoji, but using all caps can make LOL or LMAO sound more intensely funny instead of sarcastic. Some people use the skull emoji as well

lol is the same principle, i would capitalise if you want to specifically signify actual laughter like LMAO LMFAO LOL

"lol" feels like 2014 meme vibes
"hahahahaha" feels like im bullying
using the popular laughing tears emoji fills the most expression (but don't spam it)
spamming a single letter is the best and works for all situations and the easiest like in Arabic, Portuguese, Korean for example

lmao = u know when ur like in bed tired and ur friend says something funny but you have no energy so u just go "haha"
lmfao = sharp nasal exhale
LMAO = sarcasm, when something is funny or when you're mad but coping
LMFAO/LOL = funny
hahahaha = funny
ahahahaha = funny (european)

I just use lmao and lol to finish off sentences ever since I learned BAHAHAHAHAHA is a much better way to express laughter

or you can just do caps lock "LMAO"
