I think this is true for huge skin buyers. If somebody just wants to get 3-4 nice skins, paying 80 dollars is way better than paying who knows how much to get something nowhere near as interactive and enjoyable in CS. no front
3-4 skins of quality far better than top cs skins. a top cs skin will be FAR more than the total of these 4 skins. yes u cant resell, but if somebody wants to get few skins for an account that they will use for years to come its better than cs

It is a mechanically more challenging game. Valorant has very slow movement and reaction demands in comparison to CS, the movement is also more complicated. I enjoy valorant more, but it’s nonsensical to not be objective about the advantages of both games
Not ragebait. Each game has its strengths. We are mental if we can’t objectively look at that.
Val is overall a more complex and harder game for sure, the fact you need better reactions dude to more utility is true. But the mechanics and movement in CS is way harder. Val has 0 momentum. In CS deadzoning is far harder and you also need to actually counterstrafe, where as in Val if you let go of a key you stop in 100 ms. when you also counter in time to flick and adjust your crosshair, you barely even need to actually counterstrafe at all in val. Learning jumps in CS is harder too such as learning to bhop into B apps on mirage effectively or jumping from window mid into short. Val is overall harder but i don't think it's close comparing cs and val mechanics, especially movement.
i really don’t think even with utility val is harder than CS, every agent especially duelists and sentinels are very self sufficient. Assuming both teams are equal strength, you cannot entry in CS without someone in tandem who can trade you quickly. You can not flash for yourself either. You also do not have refreshable utility. So many more variables when it comes to theory, alongside it being a mechanically more difficult game.
I'm mostly just thinking val is harder from an overstimulation perspective because I'm special af. I agree though. Like I'm not queuing up lvl 9 facit without at least 2 friends who can use util for each other, otherwise it's torture
