all people are built differently, that's the whole point of genetic mutations and natural selection
all that rigamarole also just only proves that genetics affect physical performance to some degree (obviously), but someone's ability doesn't start or end with their reaction time or hand-eye coordination, any lack of those traits gets offset by a million other intangible or tangible abilities a person can acquire by adapting to their unique circumstances, a player with non-exceptional reaction time might also have a superior spatial ability or emotional intelligence or pattern recognition or imagination
intelligence can also not be meaningfully measured or quantified, we don't know how much pure intelligence varies from person to person , so no it's not common sense
on the matter of talent we either all have it or none of us do, no in between
some traits give you certain advantages in game that matter way more than others, and variations in these traits means some people are born with a higher ceiling than others for certain tasks
intelligence cannot be meaningfully measured but it obviously exists and varies between person to person, is that not undeniable?
natural selection is evidence for talent, literal genetic advantages that improved or decreased survival to a meaningful extent
esports can be considered a similar selection, where those with higher genetic ceilings for the right skills are selected to become tier 1 professional players (provided they put in the work to cap out their inherent potential)
yes, I agree that we are all talented, but not in the same ways as you say, and that matters because we are talking about one specific game called valorant where a specific skillset matters and others are much less relevant
