There are many bad players in t1, who go back to t2 and then struggle. It’s really not that far out there ngl. Worse case scenario you be an IGL. V1nny couldn’t even hang in t2 but he made it to t1.

maybe you could but we'd never know until you do it. plenty of people put in the time for aim training and developing their game sense and still can't escape low ranks much less reach tier 2 or 3.
talent determines the amount of practice you need to get good and even with practice, people hit a ceiling where practice stops improving them or at least not to a significant degree
