It's been almost 6 years since valorant first came out even if someone was 13 and started playing in the same year valorant came out shouldn't there be one single individual indian talent with great mechanics and skills, I mean one cannot give excuse of less PCs in households since those were the days of 2000s.

Of course there are many good Indian players but with an org like GE representing us, no one will get a chance
Maybe in 2027 when -GE +S8UL happens, we will see Indian talent shine

start by getting into ascensions grand finals without imports first.
heck, just fill all the tier 2 team without imports first.

DotExe almost made it they beat the favorites and looked really good just cause they didn't make the final doesn't mean indian talent is lacking

there are players of indian descent in america that have/had tier 1 potential.

but u are correct about india being a country with a population of 1.5 billion, yet cannot produce even a half decent team. that's just reality at this point.

Ge actually got some 14 year old i remember named zephe but he is also 353 something radiant as tracker.gg I mean one single indian can't they be as good as others in T1 to be in Pacific I guess no, but this means there will never be.

1.5 billion people do not play valorant though . Valorant itself as an game is very very minor in india .

It's a matter of popularity man, if the game is not popular enough in india, the indian aspas will never play valorant because he's playing something or doing something else.

india doesnt have the fps infrastructure. similar problem to japan. also they havent had successful higher level teams which means less investment on the bottom.

japan has the talent its just not being developed (properly or at all) you can easily make 1 internationally good JP maybe a 2nd(good regionally) if you have ball knowledge/time you can squeeze out a 3rd if you do AG method

But issue comes when there's not suitable lobby for him to grind with . HIS POTENTIAL MIGHT GET CAPPED BY HIS SURROUNDINGS.

I think Rinsat is there no he is like 16 still and he was playing on laptop more or less and that too he is busy in school mostly and still is good enough to go toe to toe with VCL SA pros(he has very high peaks he diffed Georggy and Azys in off season playing on much weaker AST). But we need to nurture and grow players like him I am happy AST keeps him signed full time on the roster since past 2 years from back when he was 14 and that's why we even get to see him. Similarly other orgs also need to sign young pros in academy team when we don't have many serious players or young pros. Deadly10 who was also considered a prodigy also flourished bcz RGE always kept him signed. And similarly Indian Valorant's original prodigy Rawfiul was from VLT Academy who signed him in first year of Valorant.
