Sure but teams are trialing many players and only small amount leak. My point just is that there's also this talk with certain players and how teams fumbled or don't know what they are doing etc. Like in case of Kr1stal when he joined GE instead of EMEA. Obviously there's bad GMs and money reasons etc but if they didn't get spot in EMEA then its pretty clear that no team had spot for them unless some other team offered more or they refused. They likely didn't just get ignored.

I think you're highly overstimating team's competence when it comes to scouting. A lot of them only hear about someone from someone else etc... this scene is still very unprofessional and having deep scouting abilities is actually difficult because it requires a lot of time and relations. F4ngeer is talked about a bit, but he didn't do anything significant regionally (KCBS were dogshit in challengers) and he played in Mena the year before. the only team in Emea that actually trials a lot of players is KC, because it's the way they operate.
Also I've heard that some teams don't wanna invest into russian prospects because of visa issues, it's precisely the reason that doombros gave for Kr1stal likely not playing in Emea
