zero ball but he said yoru was broken when he was reworked and repeatdly said yoru is the strongest agent in the game, took orgs 3 years to figure that out
3 years ago a completely different set of agents was at hand.
The reason why yoru was so good this year is because he's essentially a duelist/flash ini hybrid which synergised extremely well with Tejo at the start of the year. After tejo got nerfed, we entered a dive comp era. After nerfing all good duelists and tweaking the flash inis to a point where yoru is just better at doing the job thats why all of a sudden double duelist is the best thing you can do (almost always yoru as secondary duelist)
3 years ago the best agent wasnt yoru, pro play tried f.e. f0rsaken but it didnt make sense yet because you couldve just picked kayo or skye which were better then.
definitely still made sense. Maybe not 3 years ago during Chamber meta, but definitely when jett and raze repeatdly got nerfed. Wasn't until 2024 (some) teams started to use yoru more and more often. But if you have a guy advocating for this one agent that ended up defining the 2025 vct season then you have to give him credit even though if he's annoying at times. otherwise you're just a hater
yoru with basically no changes was being run by several teams as a main duelist throughout the year, even after tejo meta ended
all tejo meta did was force players to learn yoru to adapt, and all the teams realized how strong the agent actually was as both a main duelist and a secondary entry
we saw glimmers of it in 2024 before tejo was even introduced with the FNC haven comp and it had strong showings on breeze and abyss that year too
this is incredibly disrespectful to the sport, to the viewers, to the opponents and to the tournament organisers and should not be allowed by RIOT in the first place

I didn't watch the video tbh but harbor would dominate even more than omen did which is not so good. I don't mind him being the best tho. High tide is one of the most creative utilities in the game and fun to use

Honestly... I feel like cove is good enough that it doesnt need 2 charges... But id replace high tide with 2 cascades... Hear me out, the wall was cool and all, but cascade did better initiation, and also does the smoking role... Plus i feel like it's less broken than the possible double shield smokes of 2 coves and becomes easier to actually operate. Mayb just me,
