Tier 3 and 4 of many sports make less than top pros and get 10x as much hate when they underperform
You can't be a professional and not handle the heat unless they got a mental health issues in which case I agree

Honestly not true, from what ive seen, teams are adopting strategies that sports psychologists advocate for

you cant get to tier 1 without wanting to win and working hard. i imagine most players are willing to give up temporary pleasure for the sake of improving chances of winning
