They are playing quite rough right now, but can we really expect them to walk down Envy and even Cubert?

Envy are a drilled team, just off their big win. The only team with only one roster change at Sen City.

Although Cubert is new as well, they have Cracked Players and Zander who I imagine is IGL’ng, being way more experienced at it than Zellsis.

C9 are just not drilled enough yet, neither are SEN so if both are making mistakes I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt for now, I think both rosters with good reps can be good.

With an Experienced IGL and Midrounder? Is it hard to say that C9 is much more of a project than the Sen?

a "project" igl makes no sense in this mid ass roster. Calling was not their problem last year it was firepower and comps, zellsis and penny on an off role don't solve those issue

Kyu hasn't been igling for long. Sen had way more changes than c9. They are completely new as a team with different core and igls and zellsis has been midrounding for ages

I think the problem is that Envy is playing with a sub and Cubert is playing with Zander and Kess after practically no practice with them. Its kind of embarrassing for a tier 1 partnered team to be getting beat by this.

Tier 1 partnered team with multiple weeks of practice*

Individually they are doing wellish it’s just that Zellsis is learning how to IGL, it’s a project. If you loose that’s fine this is the offseason anyways.

sorry if I expect a VCT team to beat an academy with 2 stand-ins

I would like to see them win, but it’s not like it’s that much of a shock. They had a good IGL but decided to take Zellsis in as a project, no shock that it’s going to be rough.

Ohh so they're a dogshit team when sen plays them but they are a good team c9 plays them. How are we so supportive of c9 when sen needs it??

Off-season is precisely the place to get team cohesion together and figure out what’s working or not and iterating, do you want c9 to go back to dropping members right after an offseason event again?

Its one thing to be trying things out, but its an entirely other thing to still have Xeppaa on the team after he's underperformed pretty much his entire time on C9 and is clearly holding the team back.
