Current champs or all champs events?
Basically they would’ve been the first team to win 3 international events in a row and the strongest dynasty to date.
Aspas to wherever he goes.
Termi always makes sure that DRX never gets grouped at champs.
Your boy Zekken will pull through I have faith.
What is a flop for you? They made finals at Toronto and ewc, which is upward trajectory growth from winter.
Actually, 2 regionals, they also won a regional masters in 2021 with TenZ as the sub.
People said that M8 was going to leave Valorant if they got relegated, basically an ultimatum to Riot to let them stay in T1. Think they were #1 in EMEA bundle sales this year from what I heard.
He has a LoL team, I’m not sure he wants to completely sour the relationship with Riot.
If he’s able to make Tex look like T2 Tenz, what happens if he manages to get Tenz on his team?
What do you want Sen to do? Everyone else lost to G2 in Americas so whether they slot in Leaf or BabyBay I still see it as a win since they would still be the only team in Americas that managed to beat G2.
You're right, which is why I'm saying labeling them as a free win is putting the cart before the horse atm; I didn't think Sen was going to be a free win at Champs 2024 since things can change between tournaments and Sen proved that they were champs contenders by getting out of their group.
Sen has been on a steady upward trajectory throughout the year, I would say making it out of groups would be great given their continued growth.
Bro let’s not say that, people said the same thing about Sen last year and Sen was able to fix stuff during champs.
Are we also including start of competitive Valorant?
That’s interesting, what are some takes of anderzz that you dislike (all I remember is him being fnatic’s assistant coach back in their dominant era)
2024
TenZ 3 kill on sunset vs nrg on box kept them from losing map 1 in kickoff
Forsaken 1v5 ace on split vs EDG
Bo7? Would be legit biggest comeback in esports history
Not the first time Sen was called overrated at champs.
Yeah they’re guaranteed at least top 3 since they’re both in upper finals.
Idk why people are clowning on teams for losing to BBL, they looked extremely competitive in Split 1 as well.
Need to give supporting points to show why OP is wrong.
Didn't Pacific win the last two masters?
Think the trexx derke drama was up there too.
Would require 2G to make a generational run that hasn’t been seen before in Valorant.
Think you need to give us years too, I can’t tell which versions of certain teams are better based on your list.
If you have to ask, then yes.
Damn champs curse still going strong.
I think its more of an issue with players having visa issues getting into the US, so having them play in SA might be easier for logistics and getting together their actual rosters without stand-ins and also helps further develop SA T2 teams by allowing them to scrim SA T1 teams on lower ping.
People ask the same question in LoL.
I'm fine either way either way regional parity is maintained or everyone here gets paid.
What did XLG do to warrant that hate? I’m also surprised about EDG, but understandable due to their domestic dominance for the past 2 years.
How’s Sen NA DRX? They actually won internationals.
I mean DFM is no joke, they give PRX a hard time too.
LPL needs this worlds win, its literally in China and China already delayed the talent pipeline development with the curfew for minors. New aspiring pros need to wait till they're 18 to even join orgs as trainees, whereas Korea can still develop their younger talents in their academy/challenger system while underage. China isn't going to have many future chances and investors will be even more turned off if they can't win on home soil. I literally think EDG winning Seoul last year gave hope and invited future investment into the chinese valorant scene.
DRX 100T and Heretics in terms of valorant
I guess all the streamers are the VIPs then.
I think it’s fresh in terms of narrative and game design, in term of game length it’s about 3 hours but its well worth it imo. It’s basically another spin on game subversion, without giving away too much (though the trailer itself already gives away a lot of the mystique behind it).
In terms of fun, I found it really really fun.
What’s your thoughts on Pony Island?
A league team from LCP (south east Asia) which is now the 5th major region in LoL esports. Think SEA without Korea.
People are acting like DRX and BBL are bums in Group B which I find insulting.
Tbf Sen got the same raw deal last year at Champs, why are we acting like Sen always has it easy?
Outside of Potter and JoshRT, what are your suggestions if you think Kaplan needs to go?
Man I don’t want EMEA Val to go back to being 1 team region like LEC has in majority of the past several years.
It’s okay man, PRX was bad for a while and now they’re good, TH will come back stronger eventually.
So if TH loses to WOL, would people stop calling China weak and would that make Sen’s run of Swiss less fraudulent in people’s eyes? I guess you can call TH overrated but I rather the alternative explanation where we just ran into strong teams.
