This includes Kim "t3xture" Na-ra (김나라), Byeon "Munchkin" Sang-beom (변상범), Kim "Karon" Won-tae (김원태), Kim "Lakia" Jong-min (김종민), Kang "solo" Geun-chul (강근철), Kim "HSK" Hae-seong (김해성), and Jung "peri" Bum-ki (정범기), with only Foxy9 and Ash remaining signed to the organization.

While these players and staff are no longer signed to Gen.G, it remains a possibility that they rejoin the organization for the 2026 season. Last year, following Munchkin, Lakia, and Meteor 's contract expiration, Munchkin was immediately re-signed, and continued with the team the next season. This time around, however, the IGL of two years will not be returning to Gen.G, as he has officially declared in a post. Munchkin has additionally announced his status as looking for a team, indicating that he still intends on competing in 2026. The status of all other players and staff are at this time unknown.

Gen.G in 2025 was a team with some of the highest peaks of the year, but was unable to find that form in the most important moments.
