it sucks that a few days' performance defines your entire year, but that's just how it is in esports.

At least this year they are adding circuit point qualification for Ascension, a really good step in the right direction imo

yeah if circuit points decided the 2nd team to qualify for ascension, they would have qualified by a good margin. it's unfortunate that they won every single NA tier 2 tournament in 2024 except the one that actually matters
