They need better synergy and strats, the players are not bad individually. p0lvi just sucks on the awp

The old one bar rossi isnt BAD at all, they are GOOD, shouldve made it to at least top 5. Like you have monyet, LF AND SEXture, and instead of building team and gameplan around them, rossi was the main focus, the indian starplayer. Understandable though. No hate for him but glad he removes himself from the roster so now a lot of people knows how good LF can be.

The org itself isn't as bad as people say, look at the improvements on the things they can control like merch or content. They can build good rosters but whether they win or not they can't really control that much
I think a weak point so far has been their coach scouting?

if we're talking talented players, the old roster were definitely more talented.
it's just the current one mesh well together, kinda. they have experienced players on their own role.
