VLT's advantage is that they probably have the strongest Indian core in LF, Skrossi and Russ. Madelyn and especially damaraa are good shooters. If Russ' calling is good, LF stays consistent and the indos step up then the team can do some damage.

Honestly I had no expectations from elevated but from whatever content I have seen it seems he really adds value to the team environment and taking responsibility and accountability for the bad performance is W move. Elevated should definitely stick around even if not as head coach for now.
