I reinstalled Valorant after a year of not playing, thinking I'd dive back in, but I can barely manage more than one match a day.
Anyone else here prefer watching over playing?

I play more during offseason but when there are matches I don’t play as much. It’s just s frustrating to play lolz I definitely prefer watching

I only prefer watching if there are enough games to watch. I watched a lot more last season than now. I now play more because there are less games and the long off-season has made me lose almost all interest in the EMEA league which is the only time friendly league for me.

I am level 270 valorant player playing since Ep 1 Act 2 - highkey don't like playing the game anymore cuz my mechanics are GARBAGE and no one listens to my calls cuz i m mostly at the bottom of the scoreboard even though I always be cooking :(

I never really played to improve + Valorant was my first ever FPS, EVER

Also, I would rather not say what my current rank is lmfao (gonna get COOKED). Just know that I peaked Dia 1 with a 9.8% HS by solo queuing yoru😭

Out of the hundreds of matches I've played, only about 10-20 were in duos, and I've never played in a trio.

You play/played many hours per day, right?

i used to play a lot by myself and in a duo but i play in a trio w a coworker and a friend and we probably play for 2 hours at a time a few nights a week

Hopped on Valorant as I'm on break and VCT started lol, but yeah I prefer watching. Enjoyed playing fortnite and fifa more lol.

No. Started playing in september 2022 and stopped at The Champions last year. Had a terrible experience. My pc was not using all of its capability to run the game, mos lt of the time i was below 144fps, had a lot of connection issues that i had not in other online games, such as disconnect right as i logged in, disconnect when i WAS CHANGING SKINS, disconnect when intried to use diferent res like one 4:3 instead of 16:9 and a lot of other stuff. Love the professional games but i won't ever come back

i first started in episode 1 act 2 but over the last 2 years i've lost all interest for the game and only watch g2 and ge games, sometimes tune in for big matches at masters/champions. haven't touched the game in a few months

I most only play online tournies and go to LANs but outside of that is really boring, been playing the finals and is the most fun i ever had on a fps (excluding tf2)

Yesterday I uninstalled Val for the first time since 2021, game feels unplayable with the dogshit community in ranked. I've been enjoying and grinding a lot of Overwatch 2 recently.

I play valorant since day 1 of beta and im still level 80 lol
normally i play like 3-5 games a week
but watch almost all the pro matches since the beggining (brazil league before franchise and now americas league)

i aint saying im a perfect player by any means

as an example today i was playing as raze - my reyna flashed into site and i satchelled in and we were both alone on an empty site for a solid 20 seconds while everyone else sat in main doing fuckall. so i guess it is sometimes :D
