That's why i think we Will hardly see any NA Superteam in the Future, the price for anything in NA is Just so fucking expensive.

I think TenZs brand was worth every penny of that buyout but this is the aftermath of it all, it just annoys me that this is how this business works.
Device is like the second greatest player of all time. Also how do you know that CS doesn't have this problem? It could be that the stories just never come out.
EU CS scene has 20+ years old, Valorant at the time barely had 1 year.
And EMEA never needed a super duper team to Win nything.
astralis was not a super team, they just had all the right metas, mentality, igl, coach etc. Also obviously having device one of the best players in history also helped ALOT
nah, they are only 'super team' after they started winning. THey didn't get the best players in the market to build their team
except they were a core team for years before they became the best in the world. Xyp, Device and Dupreeh were the 3 core players and didnt need buyouts, magisk was a relatively unknown free agent when they picked him up, and the same with gla1ve.

Astralis became a super team. They werent one right of the back. They developed over the course of time. Choking time after time and finally understanding whats the right approach, and thats what makes a team great.
Because they usually either wait for contracts to run out (Magisk and Dupreeh going to Vitality), or they have huge funding like G2, NIP or Faze. Sen is a pretty small org compared to them.
CS is also 20 years old so the pro scene has matured and it took 20 years for a player to be sold for 1m and that too the 2 time Major MVP and 4 time Major Winner.

You are not wrong about his inflexibility but when they bought him they just came off a dominant tournament victory and he had just had the still single greatest individual performance in any tournament. Hindsight is 20/20 they in no way knew that the meta would shift so much.

W we all know the reason why they don't have a coach is that Shahzam wants a yes man and thinks his strats are the best. The coach would also question their commitment to the game with Shahzam trying to leave scrims early to stream. Literally every org has no problem buying out a coach, the market isn't inflated from a contract that was signed a year ago.

Even tho, i think Sentinels has the enought money + Stream money to buy a decent coach, they Just have to get out of the confort zone to do this.

Not going to take on usual shahzam responses, in which everyone in his universe appears to be angry and ignorant - probably for some weird reasons. But TSM, for example, is an organisation that isn't angry for no reason though actually, truly understands what's going on in the so-called "INFLATED" market. They're trying some interesting things with their roster... cough... cough... having ONE head coach... + TWO assistant coaches working together... cough ... cough... (holyyy) which, in the long term, may help them develop and reinforce their roster by establishing the proper framework, among other things.
The important thing is that TSM is finally doing it and not just talking about it like some others: "...we've had two different coaches ... we even worked with another during stage 1... but..." How about trying another 3-5 or even 7 coaches or assistants/analysts? What stops them??? Whatever really...
