I mean, he's been missing from the scene for years, comes back slowly by being in Ardiis' calls during streams and says transphobic comments and quote tweets The White House whilst claiming to offer medical help that the doctors won't mention. In a fairly short space of time, he's basically shat on his reputation. He doesn't do much, but what he has done is indicative of how he is gonna pan out.

Being disillusioned with women is not a sign of being mentally unwell. It is a sign that the narratives you consume and what you experience lead into thinking so. You are disillusioned with many groups of people I imagine, and you probably think you are justified in it based on what you see and what you experience. Leo probably thinks his viewpoints are rational and justified in the same way.
You need to stop equating having certain viewpoints founded entirely on misinformation and narrative control with being crazy. That isn't how being mentally ill works. You don't get a choice to be mentally unwell. But personal beliefs are entirely up to the person in question.
