Alvarez is a 9 but can be a "winger", 10, false 9. He can play with both gyokeres and Alvarez at the same time

I was talking world cup but even if we talk club, he def has amazing potential and brilliance but his inconsistencies show. maybe it doesn’t help that he is in a haramball team but arsenal is kind of the same.
About the inconsistency i think you are talking about goals or assists, but you are missing that he is not a classic 9, he is not haaland, he creates the chances for his team, his pressure is incredible and also he scores a lot despite all the work he did in other aspects of the game. He's a playmaker as a 9, and a clutch player, you can see it in atletico and also in wc the last saturday. I really think he is one of the best itw, not because he's argentinian i'm glazing (i'm watching at you Enzo)
