In November, cb departed the team alongside coach Shao "24K" Yubo (邵玉波) to join regional juggernauts EDward Gaming EDward Gaming China Rank #1 ZmjjKK Zheng Yongkang (郑永康) nobody Wang Senxu (王森旭) CHICHOO Wan Shunzhi (万顺治) Smoggy Zhang Zhao (张钊) Jieni7 Zhang Juntai (张君泰) . cb's stint with EDG, during which he primarily played Yoru, started strong with a trophy lift at China Kickoff but quickly fizzled out with a 0-2 group stage result at Masters Santiago. cb was benched soon after.

This signing follows several other moves for Nova over the last few months, including the return of 24K as head coach in June. With seven players currently signed, Nova has not explicitly stated who cb would replace on the starting roster. Should he take the stage, he will presumably do so for Nova's upcoming China Stage 2 debut on Sunday, July 12 versus FunPlus Phoenix.
