Not team “deserves” to make it through anything. If they’re really want to be champions and lift the trophy, they should focusing on being the best and winning against any team they’re put against. As simple as that.

2-0 are qualified, 0-2 are eliminated
Round 3: 2-1 2-1 1-2 1-2
Round 4: 3-1 2-2 2-2 1-3, 3-1 is qualified, 1-3 is eliminated
Round 5, whoever wins between the two 2-2 teams advances
