How many hours per day in high school in your country?
now i see why theres a stereotype that says that indian parents always want their kids to be engineers
Wait what, I hope you aren't talking about entry level positions. It's much lower than that.
no joke, yet everyone goes for this, fuck my country for this mentality, i want to be a chef, but i cant cuz its something u can do on the sidelines. doctor or engineer or social reject
May you become a great Chef and own the best Shawarma / Falafel chain in the world.
You can do cooking as a side job for example cooking for your family.
bro just cuz you get upvotes on an internet forum dont mean ur right bud, if bro opens a falafel shop, he gotta compete with hundreds of other already established chains lmao, you gonna make him broke.
400-600 $ is min. if u study in an avg. university
but if u study in a good university u will get 900$ (starting salary )
my brother works in google at entry level placment earns 6k $ a month and roughly 75k a year
But it does,
just make students to not liking school/college
It becomes boaring if you sit 8-9 hours
And everything they teach goes over your head
haa i have only 4 days of school, and 3 days of holidays, kinda pog ngl and 7 hours of school
more of Sharjah (city) education, cuz we had friday and sat before, they changed to saturday and sunday this year, but my city refused to make friday a working day(cuz of prayers). really enjoyable tbh
arabs are a myth, they dont exist, uae is expat dominated(population wise)
Sharjah moment, wish I was there, but nope im in the middle of fucking nowhere in Ruwais.
But hey I get better ping compared to others in UAE in Bahrain servers.
ur still fucking silver 1, wont change anything. and what are you doing in ruwais
Kinda depends
It's 8-2 till 8th grade
But from 9th it depends on how many subjects you take so it can vary from 8-12 or even 8-10:30
bruh what i go 8 - 4:30
its talking about highschool not elementary
for me it was like 6-7 hours in primary school, then in highschool it was like 7-8 and in uni it ranged from 2 to 10 hours with 1 or 2 free days depending on how you made your schedule
9am-5pm
apart from school a min. of 4 hours to get in a good engineering university.
in mother CIS it was like from 9:00-14:00/15:00 irl only, can't imagine those zoomers with online classes its ffs
Monday: 10/11 hours
Tuesday: 7 hours
Wednesday: 10/11 hours
Thursday: 7 hours
Friday: 7 hours
till 10th grade it was 8am to 2 pm
in 11th and 12th i didn't go to school regularly but timings were 12 to 4 pm
fuck man i miss school so much already
whole day including tuitions and basically everyone goes to tuition till 11 12
I remember spending like 8-9 hours at school and than an extra 2 hours of tutoring every day
i watched video in class of south korean students and they end up going to school, going to a tutoring thing then going back to school/library to revise
high school: 8:30 am - 5 pm (most cases)
I'm at uni rn so I don't have a real schedule, I go to classes if I feel like it xd
As I was a full time student (vocational technical course + high school) from Monday to Saturday I spent 09h:30m a day at school (07h:30m for studying and 15 minutes break to eat and drink water after 3 classes and 01h:30m for lunch). Now at university I only study 3 hours per day ;p
Typically 9am - 4pm
Not counting off lines such as thursday where I got home at like 1pm
8am - 3 pm 5 days a week. irl.
8am to 11am and only twice a week. in online class
nope, but i have extra-curricular activities everyday of the week so I counted them in
Well, 6 hours, but including homework and your own study it's smth close to 10-12
primary school 4h-7h
vocational school 5h-8h (during some periods 8h every day from mon-fri 8am to 4pm)
but 0 homework in vocational school and pretty small amount in primary school.
Moving class makes it bearable and my school was no 1 in my country so my parents was happy with that and didn't give me extra lessons. But this whole pandemic cut down the hours alot but just fucks me with hw im in more pain now then during then
8-9 hours, really only 6 hours though if you only count the lessons, study time, and the time for tests etc, the rest of the 3 or 2 hours is just for the students to hangout, play in the fields, visit the labs or the courts, and just socialize and other stuff
dont need to worry about it. i bought tesla stocks before dec 2021 im rich now
i get holidays on sun-mon
+2nd & 4th sat of the month
attended 60% lectures
7.5 avg cgpa
8:30 - 3:00
you used to be able to take an extra class so it'd be 7:30-3:00 but they changed it so next year its gonna be 8:30 - 3:45 if you do
6 hours. literally the biggest waste of time. teachers are all unqualified (unless they are the head of subject). i learn more in 2 hours of tuition than 1/2 week of school
Slovakia: 7.50-2.05
USA (Alabama) 8.30-3.30(+almost hour long bus ride home😫)
8:00 to 16:00-17:00 include 1 hour lunch and 3 break of 10-15 min
That's was my schedule for 12 years before university
And that's the average for public schools
