you can play, you'd have a rating and you'd have a balanced team based on your rating
for example in NA we had an iron player, he had 0.29 rating across the entire stage but he also had a couple immos to balance

technically EDG won 13-0 closing map than 13-0d the next map they played against a different team, meaning they won 26 rounds in a row!
