I've been thinking about this and why are teams not running Veto on Lotus? You know how this map almost always starts out with a brawl for either A rubble control or C mound/main. Well if you count all the util that's being thrown out there, flashes, fade seize, raze nade, other nades or slows. you can simply put one veto interceptor there and it all goes away (not smokes or breach util). That's just one part of it.
You also have the tp's they have so much range you can get from C to A or in seconds if you want to or use it like a (kinda shit) chamber tp. The ult speaks for itself, it's just a fun ult and especially in a util heavy map like Lotus it seems useful enough. Finally the trap could be used as a chamber trap but it's throwable which means you can have line ups for it, meaning you can take space with it or clear corners with it.
I saw trace esports is the only team that played him but they kept viper in the comp, which doesn't really make all that much sense to me, the fact you have something that deletes util off the map means you can drop viper and play double duelist or double initiator even and play Astra (or Omen).
Thoughts?
EDIT: I played him a bunch in ranked and the interceptor actually has very limited range from where it can kill util basically making it useless. Playing aggressive with tps is so hard since you have to flick to the tp (you have to see the Teleporter to actually be able to tp to it. fast rotate does work but idk if it's that much of an advantage over other sentinels. However the intercept is really good at B and C on defense cause you can place it right above the entrance which makes it impossible to destroy.
tldr: Fun idea, limited character, needs a buff to be viable.
