my hb thinks eggsterr has the best single agent util (in eggsterrs case, yoru) in valorant, and it had me thinking, how many players' agents util seriously (not prx smth sova) is better than Eggsterr's yoru util?

that's what most people think because they're stuck in the mindset of init util = sova util, but N4rrate is one of the very few who actually understands how fade works specifically. It's a much closer ranged intiator than sova and faster paced with more diverse utility, so he actually uses close range and quick haunts and uses his dogs not only to clear space like a regular drone but also like a tool to set himself and others up by making it a distraction for his enemy to shoot at. I don't think he has the best seize I've seen but it's a very difficult piece to get perfect value out of and Blowzin and Crashies are pbb the only ones I've seen actually consistently hit several enemies with it. You might think he "only shoots" on fade but that's because it's the way fade is supposed to b played. It's not a passive and baity init like sova or breach where you just sit back and throw util for your teammates; you need to be proactive and take matters into your own hands with fade. I think that's also why he kinda struggled on Sova at the beggining because it doesn't really naturally fit his playstyle, but top Sovas like RieNs or (dare I say it) Zekken, are very capable of having a perfect balance between sitting back and valuing their life and assuming aim duels
