i hope the 2027 subterritory division is brazil +latam cuz i feel like separating the two has been harming latam talent from developing, i mean, at a regional perspective when was the last time a latam team that ISNT KRU/LEV won against a brazilian team? which i dont believ latam talent is worse than brazilian talent, but i does feel like they suffer from worse structure
i feel like mixing it up would better develop the players
