Remove Casters For 2027 Budget

Removing the casters for 2027 would largely increase budget by over half a million dollars just from removing their salaries.

From that cut, we can put that budget towards the small teams that qualify to larger stages to pay for their hotels, travel, and food allowances they may need to be able to get to the stage.

With the near 7 figure budget, it can easily cover that. Invest the rest into the stock market, specifically S&P500 and the return off interest we can hold it for about 30 years and change it into millions of dollars.

Replacing the casters with AI is far more affordable than paying real humans to do real labor. With how fast AI is growing, it would easily be able to replicate dramatic human emotion while being able to analyze the game at a much higher pace in real time.

Yeah paying three people for nonsense conversation is just a waste of money. If they need pregame discussions, there are apparently valorant podcasts. On match day, they should just play clips or have a waiting room until the match is ready to start. Just 1 caster for people who need a guy to tell them what’s going on. All that money saved can be put into tier 2

But they could be making more money. Who does not want more money? You'd be happy if millions of dollars landed in your bank account. To Riot and I, it is a small decimal, but every bit counts. Improving yourself for 1% everyday may not seem much, but over the course of a year, you become 37x better than how you were at the start of the year.

For the record, the players and the competition is what makes the success of Valorant e-Sports, not the casters. Removing the casters is the equivalent of removing one of Saturn's moons, just a pebble on the ground you step on.
