They need a hard entry which comeback just isnt comfortable on, but the timing is weird, considering he was FA between stages (and they decided to not pick him up then) - and it would ofc also screw comeback over HARD

I assume youre going off of stats for Bipo and didnt watch the games? Cause he's preforming slightly worse than what you would have expected, but still pretty similar. If things go well we see him go up to ~200acs stats wise, but I wouldnt expect miracles based on his t2 performance. Youd need a shift it playstyle (at which point his t2 stats would be irrelevant) if you want him to dominate t1.

Nothing that would require him to play t1. He is an upcoming talent that is rapidly growing and impressed in their tryouts. Thats more than enough for me to get excited about as someone who wants more movement between t1 and t2.

No? Not sure what you watched but comeback was never a hard entry. Idk if we understand the same thing under hard entry, but comeback was not taking space expecting to die. Wouldnt make sense either given how often he was scoping on attack. He was always a value duelist, preferring fights he could make it out alive from.
Regardless, TH just doesnt play the style BBL did when Comeback was good. And since (whether its the 2 previous teams or his fault, idc) he is not comfortable on other teams' style, its good to swap players.
My man they didnt have larok running in first on breach. They set comeback up with flash initiators and he sent it. Definitely to a lesser degree than others (dambi, miniboo, derke etc) because he is much better at scopes then them so you have an additional option on attack which would be stupid not to utilize. That doesnt mean he cant rifle or entry on a high level however. These things are not mutually exclusive or some 0 sum game.
I believe its 80% language/comms related reason to drop him. The direction they were heading was good.
Back to koshmaras. We see plenty of talent show amazing things in T2. Not just solid to good performances but sustained excellence and they falter in T1. Why would a guy who hasn't stood out at all at a low level be ready for this massive challenge. What evidence is there to favour him from his comp games? How much is it related to personal connections? Is he a buddy of Boo since they are from the same tiny country? Can you say with confidence that better talent wasn't passed over because of reasons such as this?
And tryouts... man Tryouts are fraudulent. Short sample sizes. Subject to onliners overperforming, hot streaks, bad data due to games being nothing like stage games. Teams fully trusting in them because they are too lazy to scout T2 properly has led to many bad pickups by now.
I have no doubt in my mind that by the end of the year, maybe even the end of the stage, the kid will be jobless again. Heretics will go nowhere. Today they will go 0-2 in a very competitive group and its about ot be over for them.
They better have at least tried to sign HIS LITERAL TEAMMATE who carried him in Dach. If it didnt workout whatever but this is an ass decision. Like they gave him a 2028 contract what a joke. Players like WanZeru and GlobeX are out there and you give this kid a 3 year contract....

Phrasing above was definetly off. The initial phrasing of more comfortable was the correct. I went back and looked at some vods and he def entried (not with the expectation of dying which is what I would classify as hard entry, but thats the team not him deciding that). Just not nearly as much as other duelist.

At the time of the initial post, I was under the assumption that by picking up a hard entry they would hten move woot back to flex (maybe still will), clearing up Riens from having to play skye. Interviews havent been clear though.

The team got better after Razzis left for whats its worth (with the amazing sample size of 1 "offseason" tourney).
Up to heretics to get that level (ofc to a lesser degree since its t1 now) out of him consistently.

HELLL NAH, Kosmaras is a neon main so ig it fits roles wise and he in a fun player, he's not awful he def has some potential for the future but he is faaar from being T1 ready and definitely not on the level of comeback
