So many people claim that EDG was "neon carried" at 2024 champs but if that's true then they should've been one of the best teams in the world with Neon in kickoff/Santiago but they weren't. So many delusional people tryna downplay the champs win of EDG is crazy.

4/5 of the team is the exact same the only difference is that cb was added to fill in the double duelist role and that's only because the meta required it to happen. Kk isn't going to suddenly lose the ability to "abuse" neon (as people said) especially when Neon is so broken.

Explain how this bait? In a meta where Neon is very broken and the best duelist right now, if kangkang was the neon abuser that people said he was then surely EDG would be a better team than they are right now would they not? It's not like he has lost the ability to play neon lmao.

in this meta neon is just good, obviously the best or second best duelist right now but in 2024 the meta REVOLVED around her. there's a clear difference between just being a meta character and the meta revolving around you.
2024 neon had full accuracy, 2 slides, 2 stuns
current neon has 1 slide, 1 stun and only has accuracy close range
they aren't even remotely comparable
