i've been using this for a few months now and its working alright. dont get too crazy about all the people on tiktok etc telling you stuff like: "this exercice is not good enough" or "without this and that exercice you will never grow wathever muscle". A simple starter routine with easy exercices (preferebly machines because there you can make less mistakes with the movement) should be totally fine. As you get more experienced you will eventually figure out what works the best for you and wich exercices and plans you prefer, but the most important thing is to just do it. The best plan wont help you, if you dont stick with it.
And as I said, eating and resting well is like 90% of this but take it slow. You dont need to rush into this stuff becuase it will eventually wear you out before you even started. Just start with a little training and everything else will come with time :)

as long as youre eating is good aswell building muscle/power isnt that hard and you should be able to see progress fairly fast (a month or two)

bro fut consistently make internationals and although they tend to not do too well in these you cant just call them a bad team, they are focusing on long term improvement and especially this year it would be fatal to underestimate them

wouldn't it make more sense to put nats on initiator? its hard to igl if you're constantly solo lurking and being with the team could maybe make him better regarding that. then it would make sense to get an senti player but idk just speculation

sometimes its hard to adapt to new metas/playstyles, espiacally for igls, which is the main problem for teams like navi at the moment which are used to their playstyle and mates imo
