While FPX has not officially confirmed who KovaQ will replace at the time of writing, it is presumed that the Swiss player would take the place of Nutchapon "sScary" Matarat on the starting roster due to the single import rule.

KovaQ most recently played the recon Initiator role for CGN Esports CGN Esports Europe Rank #8 Wolfen Berkant Joshkun DaviH David Cruz Vince Vincent Kranz samed Samed Topbas Zyppan Pontus Eek in Challengers DACH, where he achieved a second-highest 1.26 rating and 1.37 K:D in the Stage 1 playoffs.
