D. Trump froze all visa processing for the USA for an indefinite period, that's why they're still playing with sub roster (Those players were already in US)
EDIT: My bad, misread the report about it... He froze just the green card visa processing, turism and business visas are not affected

the agency KRU has hired every year since the beggining of franchising fucked up the visa application by sending the wrong documents for the visas they were supposed to apply for -> impossible to get those visas -> have to begin the whole visa aproval process over again then wait for the documents to be sent back to the players
