my hot take is that what they did should have been allowed, it was part of VALORANT and they did nothing wrong by playing optimal VALORANT - it's Riot's fault for leaving the bug in the game

It was a texture bug that allows cypher players to look through a little roof in breeze's cave exit to bomb A... It was kind of a known bug for more than a year, but riot NEVER fixed it

Other small team in pacific was penalized in a regional championship, but the case was actually not known in Brazil + Riot have their referees in the tourneys to tech pause (Normally in the transmission, they put "Tech Pause - Player") when something is not allowed to do and tell the player about it (this happened to xand's jump in the Haven's C boxes in Champions 2021 as well, but it never happened to Jhow in Champions 2021, even being in the same tourney)
