i would say 400-800 hours
depends on your rr gain as well. if you are getting around 18 probably another 200-400 hours or so.
18 is def above normal. when i first hit immo i was getting +13 to +15 and -21 to -23.
yeah it really depends how fast you can stabilize the mmr. i think i was getting around 20-22 before it went down to 17/18
yeah u just have to play a lot of games until ur rr becomes stable like 100 or so, unless ur imm3-rad then its pretty much always stable (excluding high rad)
im ascendent so i cant comment on this but i will still make an estimation of around 6-7 hours
