Where is the ragebait? Jawgemo is a mediocre player that gets overrated because of 1 champs win that he got carried to by Demon1. His highest ever rating at an international event is 1.08, and he's usually rated lower than that. He is not even a top 7 duelist player in Americas. Mada, Zekken, Aspas, Keznit, Oxy, Cryo and Sato are all easily better than him.

unfortunately i think her career is over. i don't think many tier 1 orgs want to take on that level of PR risk.
the popular ones maybe, but some orgs may think any PR is good PR especially if you're not popular and some might be desperate for a good firepower

Game Changers Alum Residency Exception. The League Entity wants to encourage Game Changers Alums (as defined below) to join VCT Participating Teams. Accordingly, the residency requirements in this Section 2.2 will be relaxed. A Game Changers Alum who competes in the VCT will be deemed to have Residency in a country in the applicable League Territory, even if that player does not satisfy the requirements in this Section 2.2. The term “Game Changers Alum” means a player who has competed on the starting roster for a team in an official regional playoff of the VALORANT Game Changers Series.
Seems like she can play any region, but also:
- Even if what you said was true, she could always be the import player
- It seems like she does not want to play outside of Americas (or at least in emea) again, based on he leaving APEKS statement
