the only good sunset team in the top 4 is prx and they are in the lower bracket.
drx can survive grand finals if they make it there but obviously they will be forced to play lotus

i think prx only has little amount to fix. while drx has to fix haven, lotus, sunset & corrode is now so much readable
PRX looks firmer, but DRX's been such a wildcard that every match we've won has been upsets, so who's to say
i mean drx vs prx will be close, regional matchups are always different (look at rrq, dominating in region, doing ass in international against diff region) drx has a good chance but i hope we get to see a good match
Drx only guaranteed loss are sunset and lotus. Other maps they are either very good or atleast capable of beating every remaining team. ESPECIALLY WITH A 3 DAY BREAK
genuinely, if they clean up their haven defense they'll be arguably the strongest team on three, possibly four maps (ascent, bind, abyss). Ascent is kinda a curveball because nrg havent played it since americas and prx are inconsistent af on it
other teams aren't ban lotus & sunset for them. they have to reversweep or some shit

The crazy part is that if the teams that DRX played didn't make absurd and outrageous comebacks on all of DRXs "bad" maps, the whole world would be saying DRX will easily win the whole thing. I think their bad maps aren't about how they play them but about their mental. They have picked it up when they had to, but the chokes have to be because they aren't playing properly for whatever reason, not because of the strats.
its about strats and less so mental… most of their maps are lost because they don’t have a good idea on how to play it
watch Lotus and look at how many times MaKo wastes his paranoia or like how in Bind one of them will go proactive in a 5v4 and throw the round away
Or even how they almost lost Abyss defense until they actually pushed out on defense
Even yesterday, their Sunset was half baked. Their comp is so bad at scaling the A side of the map and theres so many holes in their attack that they couldnt clear Verno at all with the Neon and Waylay. I think in the interview they said they expected a loss in Sunset because they havent been playing it
Most of their loses comes down to how weak their prep is on one side of the map, may that be defence or attack
no their sunset attack was utirior trash. whats those angles they are playing. it is they have no idea how to play that map attack
Cool sunset fine. But DRX has historically had a very good read on the map Haven and I know their lotus isn't the best but it's not as bad as people make it out to be. Not that it matters since all 3 of PRX, FNC and NRG have better lotus maps than DRX. My point is apart from sunset, you can't count DRX out immediately.
