I think for getting achievements he should go to geng so that he can win as much as possible. Like how long can he even play in vct? Max 2-3 years ig. Tbh it's fine if he goes for the money as well. Earn as much as you can before military service. So t1 is still the best option ig and t1 has chances of winning events as well. High ceiling team.

1 extra year after turning 28 probably. Munchkin is able to delay it so he should be able to do so as well but I don't know how it works there. Maybe you can still delay it for like half a year or so after you reach 28 like Munchkin is 28 in march next year.
That is for pop artists and sports athletes I think. Esports Athletes don't fall in that category ig. Like peanut is 27 this year but will retire from league next year to do the service.
