Yeah your point about talent and playerbase is correct but I have to correct you on mlbb or hok stuff.
It's dominated by sea in mlbb and china in hok. No other regions. Org being from another region doesn't make the team or the roster from that region from where the org is. Orgs like falcons and vit are all rosters made up of south east asian players.

And apex legends is dominated by na and eu. China did win it's first event ever recently tho in apex legends.

Tbh with player base there needs to be interest in the esports too as eSports and games are majority of the time separate things. Like eSports death normally won't effect the game. As for mlbb bro china and Korea or east Asia just doesn't exist in that esports. It's all sea domination always. I think you are thinking of some other eSports and not mobile legends??

Hmm yeah I don't find cs2 as fun as val either but maybe cause it's fps and eu has lot of countries and other regions actually make upsets from time to time it feels more fun and alive compared to league in terms of competition.

Also PUBG PC isn't dominated by a single region. All region in it are equally good and anyone can win. But it's a very rng heavy and luck based game so I don't rate it's esports as high as something like val or league.

As for mlbb even though I don't watch it I know that it's dominated by sea not china or Korea. I think you are thinking of hok which is dominated by china and Malaysia or sea.

I like competition in eSports. 1 region domination makes the esports boring really fast. And lpl is already declining so league is just getting more and more boring in general. Even though I am a t1 fans I would love lck vs lpl grand finals in worlds like last year not another lck vs lck regional finals in international events.

It's the main reason valorant is my favorite eSports and I actually love val t1 more than league t1 nowadays cause the league interest is declining for me. I don't like what they did with Sylvan tho.

Major reason is the talent base of lpl is dead. It's mainly cause of the government rules and also cause of lack of interest in china. So the decline was bound to happen tbh.

Another reason is there are too many orgs or team in the league so even if there are any good talents they are scattered and are contract jailed in slave type contracts. for example one of the most hyped talent in recent years milky way is stuck in a bankrupt org rng with 10 years contract. Still tho all the talents are like at least 20+ years old which should tell you how bad the state of talent base is there.

And finally another reason is Chinese fans only care about wins not about #2 or #3 or even if lpl is a better region overall in the event so investment and popularity is decreasing since lpl hasn't been able to win any event for like 2 years now.
These are the main reason lpl is kinda doomed or is dying. and final nail in the coffin might be worlds this year since it's in china. The league will still sustain itself for few years until the old pros retire ig.

Why invest time in that eSports anyway lol? Already on a path to death. Won't die probably but will not be the biggest eSports anymore with how the scene is going on. With lpl dying it won't be long before league faces a big downfall.

Are you actually watching edg gameplan tho? It's like watching a t2 team in terms of fundamentals. Edg were one of the best team in trading each other and playing off each other and now it's like they are playing a solo game.

It's a broken team. You will see some changes soon. Beichuan will be the first to go. On will probably get another chance. But yeah kicking xun who was one of the best jungle as well ass their main shot caller was a very bad move.

Also anyway actual mickey mouse event. What a shit format. Bo1 group stage and bo3 single elimination playoffs is a crazy bad format for league. Also first stand too. League got some shit events this year.

Apparently it's ssess and casters confirmed it. Ig Akame is helping with the calling tho.

He is the most mature player in that t1, has experienced a lot. Also I think he wants to accomplish as much as he can knowing he is already quite old and has military service too. So winning drive is insane for him.

Same. With how the schedule and format has been I don't think this event is as prestigious as masters. At least have been a fun event. With better schedule and format and if it's part of official val esports cycle next year it could easily become as prestigious as masters or even more.

posted 1 week ago

Simon absence is actually not their main problem. The team just doesn't have the synergy yet and as you said the meta read and macro is kinda poor rn. Mostly the comps ideas need to improved.

They beat a g2 with a sub in one map.

Ass format, ass schedule basically.

Davai 2023

posted 2 weeks ago

I think just cause of it's prize pool it's quite important but cause of the format and schedule and also the qualifiers it's way less prestigious than masters. Also has ewc been identified as a official event by riot this year cause ewc in league wasn't a official event last year?

Cryo and sayf deserve a shout out too I think.

He actually is like their 2nd coach. He helped them a lot in apac stage 1 where they made a run. And I believe he is kinda helping them currently too.

posted 1 month ago

He is really good but unfortunately he is 26 years old.

posted 1 month ago

Tbh the team overall just got diffed hard in comps, prep, team play. Makes sense Aspas being the duelist got destroyed.

posted 1 month ago

Why would team care about strats leak in ewc? It's literally played in the old patch of tejo meta for a reason. They can literally reuse those old starts again. Also it's just a 6 days event. It won't effect teams that much at all. Also Valyn already said players may not want to play it much but orgs actually wants them to try hard for that event. This free money is huge for esports orgs.
Esports orgs aren't as profitable or rich as you guys think.
$500k isn't a small amount.

Also for many top teams champs slot is already confirmed. Stage 2 is basically scrims for some of them. They will for sure try to win $500k.

posted 1 month ago

Did you read what you typed before replying? You are just listing the obvious reasons champs is more prestigious lol. Yes riot wants it to be more prestigious which is the reason it's the biggest event in valorant eSports.

Legit mickey mouse. But for them it's probably like winning world cup. So good for them. Congrats.

posted 2 months ago

Who is saying such things? I don't think any esports fan who can think logically actually thinks that is true.

5.6% of t1 not skt lol. Bruh do you even know how big skt is?

Especially when riot is literally owned by Tencent a Chinese company lol. They play and watch this game lol.

People are hating it cause it's funded by Saudi government.

Bro isn't even ethnically japanese. This guy is making stupid posts but at least sato is japanese ethnically.

posted 2 months ago

Prx is getting good practice at least for their comps.

posted 2 months ago

He is American. Ethnically Korean.

posted 2 months ago

C0m is American.

posted 2 months ago

More like EMEA region management and all is so shit that they couldn't be competitive enough. As for na or Americas tbh moba games were just never that big so ig they do have some excuse but EMEA just shit in overall management.

And china on the other hand just fucked by their government. No talent growth and development anymore.

posted 2 months ago

Solo and hsk. As long as they are in geng I don't think geng will fall off completely. They will eventually comeback. Like best thing about geng I think is the system and their macro.

posted 2 months ago

Tell her to kick them and get 5 t2 players and run it then. Actually insane how much these potter glazers disrespect the players. Without yay and any other player eg wouldn't be here as well.

Respect to eg but eg fans lol. 😂😂😂😂😂

Witch hat atlier
Magus of the library
I haven't read them but I saw many people say they are the big 3 of fantasy manga along with delicious in dungeon. So these should be good.
As for Seinen I don't know much except for the most popular one like berserk, vagabond, Vinland saga and oyasumi punpun.

Xpark most likely. Found a live stream of the org owner scout recommend in yt. He was talking about the Collab.

posted 3 months ago

Has any eSports org ever collabed with anime like games do with anime? Just found out an Indian org is actually doing a Collab with Naruto of all anime. Like they have official license to create merch of their org based on Naruto characters.
If you would like any other eSports org to collab with anime which one would it be and which anime?

What's the most popular game in general not just eSports? And eSports pro?

posted 3 months ago

What's the most popular eSports and a game in your region? And who is the most popular eSports pro in your region?

Here in south Asia pubgm and freefire are the most popular game as well as eSports.
And paraboy or Jonathan are like the most popular eSports pros. Jonathan more popular.
In south Asia coc is extremely popular too.
