Why do people want slot distribution based on performance…?
Do you not understand that regional parity will die out? Should we just give all slots to pacific if they win this champs as well?
Yeah it’s like this every year. China comes to Champs and straight up get grouped. 2023 BLG got slapped by NRG and the rest of them did absolutely nothing. In 2024 Seoul they all got grouped and didn’t do anything either (Trace and EDG were massive disappointments). China just sucks and we should never let them attend an international again (they never reach close to top 3)

Honestly I had expectations of BLG and whzy, since people were glazing them like they were insane. But they were just complete ass ... whzy in particular
the only real disappointment here is BLG, the others performed much bettter
imagine they reduced it to three and gave one extra spot to whichever region placed the best this year that would be fun(ny)
To make it fair, they should allocate 3 slots to each region at minimum, and have the last 4 be given to the region whose team makes top 4.
