got out igled as fuck on haven hopefully they learn

haven is a great map to play for them to grow cuz they got bullied hard on offense

lots of potential growth for mibr to make a run, lost double pistols, a bonus, got outcalled on offense and still made it close

much better than them fluking a win vs superteam merchants

yeah there was really no C pressure from MIBR on that haven attack while Boaster was doing way more defaults and opening up B site more (you could really see the difference in both teams' success rates on the B attack)

huh? did u just say attack where botster threw 3 rounds?
mibr's attack was terrible. but fnc attack was so horribly bad that they only won because chronicle told him to shut up and locked in

#7

yes those were fumbles ofc but MIBR's attack also was pretty one dimensional at times

#11

man. being one dimensional is okay if it works. fnc hit abyss b backsite everysingletimeanditworkedperfectly.
just execute with 30 seconds left and it's all good. boaster didn't outcall anyone really...
it was spamming b backsite on abyss and chronicle clutches + pistol win
(defense never really counts bc that's dependent on individual performance)

it really didn't work tho? they got 4 attack rounds on haven mainly just from out shooting the enemy. they majorly tended to hit A and just ran into 3 or 4 man stacks because they didn't work the map that much

fnc also had alfajer and crashies working mid and A main respectively with kajaak doing clean entries, thats why the B hits were clean

look what i'm saying is: mibr lost both pistols so automatically they have to win more gun rounds.
now, fnc had to win 3 gun rounds and in those 3 gun rounds, chronicle clutched twice.
how is that masterclass calling when 2 of the three gun rounds that u win are clutches
the rest rounds that u worked mid, worked c long, worked garage are all losses?

im looking at the performance rn and its only showing me the 1 clutch on that last round from chron.
i do agree that MIBR had to climb a higher hill cuz of the pistol rounds losses but im saying that the reason FNC even got those pistols was better calling. Look at the second pistol on haven, boaster calls a clean round that gives them a free B site and they can just play post plant after that.

the other clutch wasn't really a "clutch"
it was more so chronicle taking over the calling in round 21.
he goes through the smoke, kills artzin in his own viper orb and won the round
he entered the site, created a distraction, basically did everything that botster should've told him to do far earlier (all without having the need of a paranoia, dark covers + with a man disadvantage)

also the seond pistol wasn't really boaster calling a good round. aspas pushes mid when he obviously knows there are many players on the other side. it was a bad gamble.
artzin clears c long so boaster effectively almost led them into 1 of the two stacked sites.
and then going for the cheap pistol strat which would've failed very badly, if xenom had smoked b.
no mibr util was being provoked: verno had both shocks, xenom had paranoia, artzin's viper wall was fully charged.
i just can't see how these rounds are in any way good? they're at best strokes of luck with good shooting

i see what you're saying on round 21, i agree with that lowk

the second pistol tho, even tho aspas dies (and i mean i dont blame him for gambling he's just trying to make a play to salvage the 4 round disadvantage) FNC dont just rush into B like MIBR would've done if for example, they had gotten a similar kill. they backed off and went back to A to create pressure and then caught artzin on the push which gives them the info that A is possibly stacked. they then use the distraction from A to rush into B knowing that the kill on artzin means they have time to plant and push deeper. i'm pretty sure boaster gambled on no one being C to take the timing into CT spawn so yeah you are right about FNC's attack side having elements of luck mixed in there.

so i should rephrase, not particularly boaster's calling (which i assumed he would be the one mainly doing this sort of stuff) but at least FNC's midrounding was much better on paper than what I saw from MIBR.

MIBR had a much better plan and calling on bind imo (e.g. they switched up the truck mid site smoke to be a CT smoke on A and it left the FNC players lost asl)

yeah honestly in terms of calling, bind was the best map. abyss was great too, because fnc did the right thing everysingle time
haven was just terrible

their attack was much better and they won pistols, so the ult advantage made it easier

pushing this chronicle agenda like kaajak wasnt their best player on attack

#15

kaajak had kills on rounds where they lost.. 10 kills but only 2 in buy rounds that they won
chronicle got 4 in rounds that they won: both being round 21 and 22 where he killed cortezia on a and triple kill clutch in round 22.

edit: he killed artzin on a***

He only overcooked in one of the 3 rounds, where artzin caught chron walking A site, if chron didn't die, accept Xenom everyone else would have ran back A. Other two rounds were just good reads from MIBR. See, Boaster's midrounding works most of the time, it's just that this time they couldn't bait out MIBRs util. Haven is not their best map, so it's expected they don't have much set plays to hit sites. Boaster's calling was good this game. Except for those few rounds on attack overall he did well considering how quickly they retook sites in defence.

Fnatic Derke in the big 25 and still using Tenz as an example, you sure you’re not stuck in 2024?

Verno has weak mental. Always seems to break on 3rd maps.

i think this has no correlation

haven is a igl heavy map and he probably was stressing himself there

18 yr old rookie got outcalled by a 30 year old whos been doing this for a decade? if the outcome was different i'd be worried about boasters understanding of the game. verno will improve 🙏
