I honestly think it’s down to neT, I won’t go too much into how good he is and/or all his accomplishments, because then the thread would be 300 pages long, and we already know his power level.
He just sort of brings a new FEEL to a team, the vibes just shift, like the final boss has entered the stage, and everyone else can just chillax lowk, can’t believe they dropped him for leaf.

the roster he is talking about and the roster you are talking about had a 2 year gap
Now we can see Sayaplayer is in the dump for betraying guard core and leaving for t1 during franchise and net is just not the guy who plays unlike the core
