I've heard a couple players u18 say that if they ascend they're allowed to play but never seen an official confirmation. It doesn't really make sense but idk why the actual players would say that.

We haven't seen an example in a while so no precedent to go off of. I remember Juicy got screwed a while back but it could have very much changed since then
