sylvan got the least space and became the scapegoat for every single loss. buzz as a duelist gets the most space in the team and his ego gets inflated by that
Just my take but Buzz and Stax flaming Sylvan is probably coming from the fact that they've seen themselves in Sylvan's situation back in their DRX days. I've seen quite a few times where Buzz or Stax have had stinkers or "threw rounds" because they could not win their 1v1s.
I know this is probably just some crazy trolling, but there wasn't a mil on the line during the time of the documentary. It was basically all blowing up in the group stages where the stakes are not even that high. T1 was 3-0 until they lost to RRQ and Talon. T1 basically guaranteed themselves a playoff spot with their first 3 wins. Sure it would have been nice to have first seed, but you can easily turn things around if you have the right mentality and take the appropriate steps to really improve yourself - just like how PRX did.
When everything was on the line at Bangkok, everyone but Buzz was popping off in Map 4. In those high stakes situations, you cannot be focused on blaming others for the past because Buzz improved for Map 5. You can feel everything in the aftermath, but you cannot be distracted by your emotions when you are still in for a chance to win no matter how small it is. That's the difference between playing ranked and playing professional. T1 were so distracted by blaming others midgame and midseries that it destroyed their synergy. Maybe it was the high expectations that they held themselves to after winning Masters, but you need to provide constructive advice that is more down to the tactical decisions rather than "Did you even shoot your gun?"

Turns out the translation given was just wrong and he said "could you fight that or was the site unholdable" instead of "can you even shoot?"
There are an abundant of mistranslations, doesn't really take away the blaming but some of the flame did makes sense, just dying without fighting on Icebox and letting them take all control can be a problem
imo sylvan shoulda been playing retake on b as a viper, bc a 5v5 retake is better than 4v5. but stax wanted him to fight and anchor site when a whole execute comes in? that's just asking for a round loss. whenever prx/fnc play icebox they have another guy along with viper to delay, sylvan never got the help he needed from his team.

The way i see it is that even when mistakes are made, there are better ways to communicate them. Sure mid-match ur tilted but after the match things need to be communicated more maturely so that someone like sylvan can actually use that as a learning. From what I saw only meteor and carpe were doing that (carpe also acted like a captain, bringing their focus back on the important things during discussions which was nice to see).
For someone like Sylvan or Izu it seems they find it tough to communicate what their own thought process was during the play which can lead them to look down on themselves and lose confidence, Sylvan is a very good player we've seen it before on GenG too IMO he just needed someone to communicate to him in a way he would find comfortable.
You're playing one game with those mfs for elo, this is their workplace. If you got into work and had a co-worker act like that about your work, then it would be an extremely toxic atmosphere and you'd probably prefer to work elsewhere. This isn't a ranked game, it's their job.Criticism in the workplace needs to be structured for growth, not to boost your own ego up.
